Request Types for travel agents

The travelers have following options

• FlyHajj Connect (Referral):
In this basic option, the traveler does not choose the travel agent or package. He only provides preferences such as originating country, city, hotels etc. and FlyHajj system selects at least three travel agents for him. FlyHajj role ends after making the connection in this request and provides no guarantee or assumes liability for any transactions thereafter.
• FlyHajj Package Reservation:
In this faster option, the traveler chooses the right package after searching offered packages by different travel agents. Before confirmation of the reservation, the selected travel agent is required to call back the requester (it is always beneficial to call tour operator and discuss everything). FlyHajj role ends after the travel agent has accepted the reservation and provides no guarantee or assumes liability for any transactions thereafter.
